COMPLAINT AND REPLACEMENT
COMPLAINT
Online store http://www.ugoman.net assures its customers that within 14 days from the date of receipt, they can return purchased goods provided that they have not been used, that they are clean, without side odors (such as cream or perfume), accompanied by with the original box, label and proof of purchase (received with the order specification).
For this purpose, the form for returning shipments must be completed, after our response, the shipment must be sent to the address:

THE SHIPMENT MUST BE ENCLOSED:
Proof of purchase in the form of a certificate received with the order.
If the described conditions are not met, the complaint request will not be considered.
Postage costs for the advertised goods are at the customer’s expense.
Cash on delivery returns are not accepted.
In the case of a complaint, the value of the sent goods is returned, according to the request, with the costs of sending the first request recalculated and the postage costs deducted from the amount subject to return.
After accepting the returned goods (the information about which will be sent by e-mail), we will return the amounts due within 7 working days. The amount will be refunded: to the bank account whose number you must indicate on the form provided by the courier company.
Goods for which we cannot accept a return or claim (if sent after the specified period; if not accompanied by a receipt, a return form, without labels or without the box; if it is dirty) will be sent back to the Customer for his account.
Claims relating to mechanical damage that occurred during transport will be considered only on the basis of a claim protocol drawn up in the presence of the courier.
Shipments with returned goods that were damaged during transportation due to improper packaging will be returned to the customer at his expense. Please remember to carefully pack and ensure the integrity of the shipment.

REPLACEMENT
If you wish to exchange the received product for another one, please fill out the return and exchange form again
In the event that the size of the ordered and received goods turns out to be inconsistent, the customer has the opportunity to exchange the purchased goods within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the returned goods are unused, clean, without side odors (such as creams, perfumes ) and in original box, with inscription.
