- The Customer may place Orders on the Platform by adding the desired Goods and/or Services to the shopping cart, following the steps indicated on the Platform to complete and submit the relevant Order.
Any Product and/or Service added to the shopping cart may be purchased if available. Adding the Product and/or Service to the shopping cart without completing the Order does not result in the registration of the order and the automatic saving of the Product/Service.
By confirming the Order, UGOMAN confirms the delivery of only one item of the relevant Product in the registered order. The remaining units of the Goods model in question will be further confirmed or refused depending on the quantities available.
The Customer undertakes and is responsible for ensuring that all data provided to UGOMAN in connection with the Order are true, complete and accurate as of the date of dispatch of the order.
By sending the order, the Customer allows UGOMAN and/or the Seller to contact him in any possible way, when this is necessary in connection with the order placed or the concluded Contract.
The Seller has the right to refuse to fulfill (cancel) the Order placed by the Customer, of which he should notify the Customer. The cancellation of the order does not entail any responsibility or subsequent obligation of any of the parties towards the other in connection with it, and accordingly none of them has the right to seek compensation from the other for its cancellation in the following cases: non-acceptance by the issuing bank of The customer of the online payment transaction; carrying out the monetary transaction, which does not lead to the receipt of funds to the Seller’s account during online payments; the data provided by the Client in the Platform are incomplete and/or wrong;
The Customer will bear all the direct costs of returning Products offered by UGOMAN in the event that he withdraws from the Remote Contract and states this within the withdrawal period provided by UGOMAN. This term begins to run from the date of conclusion of the Service Agreement and from the date of receipt of the purchased Goods by the Buyer or a third party other than the carrier. The Customer should return the Product to UGOMAN at the address: Bulgaria, Sofia, 25 Georgi Belov Street, 2nd floor, and in the meantime notify the Seller about this at [email protected] or by phone (+359) 877403344. The Customer can also return the Product(s) by completing the UGOMAN electronic form. In this case, a courier sent by UGOMAN will pick up the Products from the address specified by the Customer, and the latter will pay a fee of BGN 5.00 for this to the courier.
The Seller undertakes to refund the price paid for the Contract concluded at a distance, which the Customer has renounced within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which proof from the Customer that the latter has returned the relevant Product. The amount will be refunded as follows without incurring any additional costs for the Customer, unless the bank that serves him requires any fees: Payments made with a debit or credit card – by refund to the account from which the payment was made; Payments made by cash on delivery – to a bank account additionally provided by the Customer; Consumer credit payments – after termination of the consumer credit contract and recalculation of credit installments – most often to the bank account from which the amounts for the credit installments were received or in another way determined by the bank that granted the credit.
The Seller has the right to delay the refund in cases of withdrawal from the concluded Contract until receipt of the sold Goods or until receipt of proof that they have been sent, in the event that he has not offered to collect the Goods himself, whichever of the two events occurs earlier early.
By creating an Account, the Client has the opportunity to use a section called “Favorites” in which he can create Lists. These lists can be public or private. Public lists will be visible to all third parties with whom the Customer has shared them on social networks, as well as to all Customers with Accounts on the Platform. Personal lists will only be visible to the Customer who created them. The client will determine which lists will be public and which will be private. He can change the status of any list at any time.
